The secret job...

Day 1372:

Somewhere in the East Village, while juggling my Ramen Burger's, I've decided to lend a ramen hand to a shop that needs it most.


Today I made this tsukemen. Hopefully you'll see it on the menu soon.

    Hi Keizo san. Don't be so secretive! I have two ramen ya that I love in Evill. I want to try your tsukemen. Im old school so haven't had any tsukemen in NY. Let yours be the first! Where is your new gig? Thanks Keizo!

    problem with tsukemen is that soup turns cold very fast. I always ask the chef to give it an extra heat during the lunch...
