i think lots of folks would be...really cool post! <br /><br />i think lots of folks would be interested into procedural aspects of the work, especially now that you work at a top place.<br /><br />how is ramen actually made? obviously you can not reveal the secret recipes, but if you gave a general indication of the work steps involved that would be cool. e.g. i would assume it basically is cooking veggies, bones, meet and seasoning a really long, but i don't *know* at all.<br /><br />also, i would be highly interested to learn if there is special ramen vocabulary: e.g. if the ingredients have different nicknames, how those various pots and spoons are called and what the japanese names of the different guys in the kitchen are. for example, the guy that oversees the noodles vs. the guy that is preparing the soup etc.<br /> <br />best regards, don't overwork yourself -- actually: <i>do</i> overwork yourself!
