is non-japane...what's that missing ingredient?<br /><br />is non-japanese water different? or do they have the wrong kind of dashi? or is it just them using spaghetti instead of ramen noodles?<br /><br />NONE of the western shops get it right, i mean sometimes theyre tasty and all, but even then it tastes like good noodle soup -- NOT ramen.<br /><br />what's the secret ingredient???Toshinoreply@blogger.com
