They will give you a bottle of soup base and garlic upon request and it is needed to add flavor to their weak broth. The greatest disappointment are definitely their noodles. Thin and not very firm even when you request them al dente. The ability to ask for "stronger" or "weaker" broth/oil etc. is a neat gimmick but in the end all this does is add flavorless oil and more or less saltiness. Try Santokua for an education to what good ramen in the states is about.

They have a good gyoza and nice fried rice (authentic japanese style). If only they cared about their broth as much.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5559927128534150588.post-10917341250091608852007-08-11T23:50:00.000-04:002007-08-11T23:50:00.000-04:00Wow jennifer, your spelling needs some improvement...Wow jennifer, your spelling needs some improvement too...hahaha!Keizo Shimamotohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16021292533329876539noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5559927128534150588.post-25633630480022062212007-08-11T15:07:00.000-04:002007-08-11T15:07:00.000-04:00yeah, i'd beter try a different location...rosemea...yeah, i'd beter try a different location...rosemead still needs some time for improvement.
bit too salty for my liking.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
