Salsa Sunday...

In preparation for Sumo Stew on Tuesday, I had to figure out a hiyashi chuuka dish for their bento so of course it's always a last minute configuration.

I think I got it tho. Not a hiyashi chuuka but a hiyashi salsa. If you haven't got your tickets then it's too late. Haha. 

And then I started to get carried away with my salsa. Ramenschetta.
