Monja with Sushiday and La Fuji Mama...
Day 959:
Our friends Sushiday and La Fuji Mama were in town so we decided to take them to Tsukishima to try one of Tokyo's most traditional foods.
Monja!!! Trust me it's not as bad as it looks.
Group photo!
With a typhoon hovering directly above us, we made our way for a bowl of ramen at Tsukishima Rock.
It was pouring rain...
Thank you Allison, Son, Rachael and family!! It was great to see you again!

Sho-wing the way...
Day 957:
Menya Sho (麺屋 翔) in Nishi-Shinjuku has roots in Ikebukuro and is part of the Kouji Group.
They're known for their Shio Ramen (香彩鶏だし塩らーめん)...
But I prefer their Shoyu (香彩鶏だし特製醤油らーめん).
This is some darn good chicken soup.
Speaking of chicken...
The boys were being boys...
And then it got a little serious.
Be careful not to piss Boom off.
Haha, love this pic!
