My view today.
Mashup alert! Beehive Oven and our Burger Maker patty.
Sundays are usually slow, but for some reason we sold out of our Sunday average of 250+ burgers before 3pm.
Time to nap...

Back in NYC...
Greeted by a rainy, snowy slush...from the airport I went directly to our kitchen to pick up our supplies then headed straight to Smorgasburg.
And then I went back to the kitchen to make more buns. But first, a new ramen.
I miss wearing shorts.

I am...
Very...

There was only one more thing left for me to do before I left the islands...

Well, maybe a few more things...
But meeting up with Uki-san was definitely at the top of the list.
And Lee Anne Wong's pop-up at Taste was next.
Chicken Caesar Mazemen.
Noodles...
And Lee Anne Wong's top-chef-mind were meant to be together
Speaking of noodles, Paul and I got to see the factory!!!
Thank you Uki-san for your inspiration, your guidance, and your continued support.

W&M and MW...
Finally! The beach!!
I could stay here all day...
But then again I need to eat!
Libby's...
Manapua.
W&M.
George Motz recommended I check this place out.
And the staff, along with owner Joy on the left, actually recognized me as "the Ramen Burger guy" so we gave them all tshirts.
And we got some awesome Burgers in return.
The secret is definitely in the sauce!
Then a bunch more free stuff came out...
With Joy saying we can't leave until we try the dogs. Thanks Joy!!
More beach!!
More food!!
Poke and sashimi...the start of a crazy night.
As we were walking to our next destination, a car was stopped at the light and didn't see me crossing in front of her when she proceeded to make a right turn on red straight into my leg. Luckily it wasn't that hard but it still bruised my leg and stretched my hip. No worries though but yeah I got hit by a car!
Luckily for me, there was an incredible meal awaiting for us at MW Restaurant.
Check it.
Cheers!
Am I in heaven??!! Thank you Chef Michelle and Chef Wade!! That was amazing!!!
Now it's time to get jiggy.
But not that jiggy! Lol.
Gooch and Adam: two of the coolest guys on the globe. They made all of this happen. Mahalo!!!
And good night.
