I present this year's Winter Special Ramen: BCTソバ (Broccoli Cheese Tondaku soba). On Sale from today. It's basically a cream of broccoli soup made with tonkotsu broth instead of the usual milk. Then transformed into ramen.
I've always been a fan of cream of broccoli soup and to finally turn it into ramen has been a dream come true. Thank you Allison Day for the inspiration! BTW, all of you need to check out and subscribe to Fridgg.com for the best food pics on the planet!

You know in Food Cart city aka Portland they are always looking for something new and good. A ramen cart would definitely make things that much better.
