The rain was gone and I thought about going somewhere far for ramen, but then I remembered today would be the first day of basa's anniversary celebration and had to be in work early to prep the eggs. So instead, I went to The Bush to grab a bowl. That is, a bowl of chuuka-don. Yeah, I'm never doing that again and I suggest you don't either. Just stick to the ramen.
After peeling some 90 eggs, I sat down to enjoy a bowl of wadashi--my spicy version.
What a hectic day! But it was fun. I think the customers liked our little giveaway. And of course, eggs were the clear winner.
Time to do it again tomorrow. I have this feeling we'll be even busier...
