Tomita (中華蕎麦 とみ田). The best of the best. For years now, they have been ranked above all others. Expect about an hour wait.
The only reason I haven't been here before is because it's outside of Tokyo in Chiba. I don't care what people say, Matsudo is far! Especially after being awake for 20+ hours the day before. haha.
Today, my accomplice was Nobo. Or should I say my apprentice. Nah, he's just a cool kid that likes ramen as much as me. There's one thing I do have to point out about Tomita though. See the dude behind us? He's the owner. And no matter how popular his shop has gotten throughout the years, he still remains behind the counter serving his customers. Now that's respectable!
The tsukemen is what the shop is known for.
The noodles are made fresh.
And the gyokai soup stands out from the rest.
But could one call it the best? I'll leave that for you to decide.
Cuz now...it's piano time.
I think it might soon be time to unleash Nobotech...
