I like to keep things simple.
That's why I like to visit my neighborhood ramen shops that don't get much recognition.
Ogawaya (しょうゆのおがわや幡ヶ谷店) is not really one of them. If I would have known it was iekei I might have never gone. But..nonetheless..I'm glad I did.
Anyway, thanks to Brittany, Jennifer, oh crap I forgot their names already (Matt and Adam?). Cali in da house! Jennifer's brother currently works at Shoki Ramen House in Sacramento. Awesome connection!
