It's not the first time I've been to the Daitabashi Taishoken, but it is the first time I was able to snap a picture of the master at work. Sometimes I wonder if I could be him someday. I suppose I could, but I still think there is a lot out there that I need to accomplish before I can reach that level.
I always forget that the portion is so damn large here. I gotta remember to order it "men sukuname" (less noodles) next time.
At work I got to test out the samples from Mikawaya Seimen. This chewy yellow noodle actually matched with the green curry tsukemen. Hmm...we may have to think about making a change...
