やっぱり、「バサノバ」は美味い！People ask me where my favorite ramen shop is and of course I always reply Bassanova. They think I only say that cuz I work there but you guys know it's true, right?! It still amazes me that I am making Bassanova's ramen when only a few months ago I was a 常連 (regular customer). And everyday when I slurp one of our bowls, I can't help but think "damn! this ramen rocks!"

I just read this in a book, if you love what you do then you become good at it, when you become good at it, the money will follow.
