While browsing through my neighborhood Simachu for some new apartment goods, I stopped by Ramen Kurage (らーめん蔵芸) for a quick meal since I know one of the workers.
The first thing that caught my eye was this display case selling chashu by the brick. Hmm, the chashu must be good I thought.
I thought wrong. No offense to my friend, but this was typical 'mall ramen.' The chahan was seriously bland and I actually regretted ordering the ramen set.
The shoyu ramen wasn't bad, but...
I'm glad I only have to try it once.
