Day 641:
Just because I gave up on LA ramen doesn't mean I have to give up on all noodles. Fukada in Irvine has always been one of my favorite udon/soba places. Their noodles are made fresh in the back room and they are always consistent.
I usually order the zaru udon and today I did exactly so.
Question: Why is it that udon noodles can taste good here and ramen noodles don't?
Anyway, it's time to play with bubbles!
