Day 712:
Green curry...CURRY! I was playing around with a green curry rice recipe when a sudden wave of customers came in so I had to leave it boiling for 30 minutes. The result: Creamy, gooey goodness that goes perfect with rice.
Anyway, dinner was spent at Yajirushi (やじるし).
The tsukemen had an interesting sourness, perhaps a reflection of the owner.
The television crew came back to basa to film us working and to interview some customers. I invited friends so it should be interesting. Then it was off to Fanka...
And then Menkoya (めんこや).
A "tsuke" udon shop that makes all their own noodles.
Buttama Udon (ぶったまうどん).
It was like butta...
ma...
But not ramen...
