Day two of prep for tomorrow's FoodFilmFest began super early.
But where's Boom??
During prep I got to take a tour of Sun Noodle's new noodle factory in New Jersey. Amazing!
And then it was back to testing and tasting.
Since Boom never showed up, I got to enjoy this bowl all by myself.
Meanwhile, Kenshiro was making me some custom noodles.
And more tasting! Alright, that's enough prep for today.
Since I was too busy prepping yesterday and couldn't make it to day one of the festival, I made it a point to make it to day two.
Plus, Michael McAteer was finally in town!

You'll have to wait until tomorrow night for our film cuz tonight was all about meeting your butcher.
