Day 33:
Sundays are typically our most busiest day of the week and today was no exception. Up to this day, I'd have to say that my weakest point has been making the rice bowls, mostly because I haven't had enough practice making them. Today I was assigned that duty for a couple hours and when six orders came in at once followed by two more then two more, things began to crumble. But somehow I managed to make it through without severe damage with the aid of my coworkers. Unfortunately, beginning in January we will be losing one person and we will not have the luxury of an extra helping hand when times get tough. That is why I need to get up to speed quickly. It is a great challenge to have and I can't wait to face it. Bring it on!
