Way back on Day 1, I visited Ramen Nakamura and ate their Tonkotsu Ramen. Today I went back to try their Miso Moyashi Ramen. Miso is definitely the way to go. The extra miso punch was exactly what the plain tonkotsu ramen needed.
This shop has been around for years and it is owned and operated by a guy my age. The space is small, but it's still impressive to see him do everything on his own. I would love to trade places with him for one day.
A long stroll through the neighborhood always helps to digest a porky bowl.
Tucked away in a residential neighborhood behind Bassanova, boulangerie Cadeau bakes some of the best bread and pastries in town.
This french toast roll was amazing.
I will for sure be back. That is, if I can find it again.
