Today was spent cooking the paste for our Tom Yum ramen. It's a very long and physical process of boiling, simmering, and mixing so it doesn't burn. It's painful, but it's well worth it. I'm just glad we don't have to do this everyday.
Like I said, the result is well worth it. After four hours of constant mixing with a 2x4, I had to have a bowl to remind me of its goodness. Yum!
