Hard work pays off. No complaints. Just do what is expected of you and more. Sooner or later you'll begin to see it pay off.
As we opened the doors for the lunch hour, our manager handed me a bowl of miso ramen and asked me to give it a taste test. And I got to try some of the meat from the Tataki-meshi (more on that later). I felt honored.
For lunch I tried the Yuzu Shio Ramen.
And for dinner, pizza.
My days are long and I don't have much time to do anything other than work, but I'll catch up in due time. Please forgive me if my posts are brief for the time being. Thanks.
