Seeing all the sakura trees from the train on my commute to work is a beautiful sight. But this beauty doesn't last very long. A couple weeks from now the trees will all become a healthy green.
Speaking of changes, there's been a change to the plan. It looks as though I won't be going to Koshigaya for the grand opening. For the time being, I'll continue to work in Ebina and learn as much as I can.
I've also been asked to work a ramen event from the 19th to the 26th with Chef Nakamura in Yokohama.
Then I will be back in Ebina.
