The best part about having a blog is getting to meet the people who actually take the time to read it--the fans who become friends all in the name of ramen. It can't get much better than that.
Upon arriving in NY I received a message from Matthew and Ting, long time followers, requesting a meetup. And with a little free time today we decided to meet up at Jin Ramen in Harlem, their four-year-old daughter Hannah's favorite ramen shop!
