Day 1231:
What's a visit to NYC without slurping at one of the best ramen shops in America? The line at Totto Ramen may be long, but it moves fast.
Free cucumber!!
Paitan.
The view of Chinatown from above.
I could get used to this view.
Blackmarket Bakery!!!
My friend Mikey from Blackmarket works at the new Sullivan St. Bakery in Chelsea. I came to surprise him but today was his day off. lol.
And when I went back outside, it looked like this.
But dinner with family...
And friends warmed me up quick.
The night was still young.
So we all decided to check out Sanshiro, a midnight ramen joint at SEO in midtown.
And just like Japan, the night ended with some good ramen.
Tsukemen.
Shio Ramen.
Shoyu Ramen.
A decent bowl. Probably one of the better bowls in NYC.
The scallop flavor is a little strong, but I recommend it.
And fyi, the shio is better than the shoyu.
