I haven't been here a week and I'm already missing the ramen in Japan. Maybe Ippudo NY can help me.
I really wanted to just have a simple bowl of tonkotsu ramen but this BBQ Tonkotsu--a collabo with Peter Colon--caught my eye.

The pulled pork was delicious, but I should have just got the akamaru.
Separately, the ramen and pork might be awesome. Together, they just made everything too sour.
I like the collabo idea, but I think it needs some more thought.
