It's hard to believe I've never tried Ivan's Mazemen until today. So what is Mazemen? It's basically a ramen with less soup meant to have everything be mixed around rather than soaked. It's actually a genius idea created for customers who don't prefer a lot of soup. Pictured below is the Red Chili Mazemen with everything on it. Ivan also serves a Slow Roasted Garlic Mazemen.
