Literally! It's been an emotional week, to say the least, and I needed some comfort from one of my favorite bowls of shoyu ramen. But as I was headed to Katsumaru in Meguro, I was caught in a freak thunderstorm without an umbrella that lasted well over an hour. Needless to say, I got soaked.
When I finally did make it to Katsumaru, I was extremely disappointed. My favorite bowl tasted like sh**. Which made me rethink the whole concept of having a favorite bowl. In any case, I was still able to enjoy the moment and let my once-favorite bowl of ramen soothe my aching soul.
Work was just work, but on my way home I ran into a familiar friend. Although I've only met her once before, there seems to be some sort of connection between this cat and I. Perhaps she was a relative in a past life...
Anyway, we played for a few minutes before she ran off to go find some food I presume. Even though I'm mostly a dog person, I love all animals and this cat had some perfect timing.
I'm pretty sure this won't be the last time I see this cat, so do you wanna help me come up with a name for her?

I always love 'Moon' as a name for cat. First heard it in Ghibli anime and it sounds so cute :)
