Day 670:

I received a package in the mail today from our friends at Tonkotsu Ramen Hikari.

Speaking of patience, it definitely does win the day...everyday.

I made a creamy tonkotsu ramen during the lunch hour. Yes, I still ran the place by myself during lunch, but I've got this timing thing all worked out...I think.

Before heading back to work for the night shift, I stopped by Menya Tenhou to say hello to my friends there.

The Black Tantanmen is good, but is it bow down worthy? Jake-san, you are safe for now.
