I first thought that I wouldn't have anything to do during my week off, since most of my friends went back to their hometown, but fortunately I have some great friends that are friends with great people. And after a few hours of bonding at a local bar, we all become family. AND there's always a ramen connection.
I went back to Chuukasoba Showa (中華そば 醤和) to see how they've improved since opening.
The improvement was noticeable, but what's up with this egg? I'll let it go this time, but I would never give a deformed egg to a paying customer.
I'll be back again...maybe.

The host of this party is a huge ramen fan who makes ramen at home just for fun. The nabe above was even made with the same chicken soup he uses for his ramen. Great guy! Great party!!
