I'm not sure how this will turn out...
But being able to spend a whole day with a friend, combining our passions, and just having fun was well worth it.
If all does work out though...we'll see you in October.

Finally caught up to your latest post! I decided to start from the beginning too -- so that was a TON of ramen. Your blog inspired and entertained me and I now blog about places I've eaten in Hong Kong.
Have you considered opening a ramen shop in Hong Kong? Only in the past 1-2 years, some authentic Japanese contenders have established a following here, such as Butao (豚王), Ippudo (一风堂), Santouka (山头火) (to name just a few). But from what I gather about Bassanova, you guys would truly give them a run for their money. I would be interested in hearing your thoughts on this.
