Without much time to venture far for a bowl, I decided to head back to Wadachi (和風つけ麺 轍) in Shinsen and try their Shoyu Ramen.
From what I can remember, it was a little tangy but good with the best part being the chashu.
But as I was slurping, the owner fumbled a renge and it shattered at my feet. Could this have been payback for a previous tweet? haha.
