Nakanoshiruba Shinka (中野汁場 進化) recently opened in Shin-Nakano and after hearing about it from Oosaki-san I went to give it a try.
Shinka's honten, located in Machida, specializes in a shio ramen, but the Nakano version is strictly shoyu.

This is no doubt an evolutionary bowl.
The wontons were a bit strange and didn't fit in...
But it still deserved a kanshoku.
