Apparently (yes I did not know this until recently), spicy tsukemen has become popular in Hiroshima and has even been coined "Hiroshima-style" tsukemen.
For this version the broth is cold, but some do it hot too.
And yes, it is pretty spicy. I guess a trip to Hiroshima might be in order soon.
