As you know, I'm a big fan of ET and I probably go here more often than I should.
But I can't help it. ET has put a spell on me.
By the way, have you ever wondered what to do with the raw egg?
Some people like to let it sit under the noodles until it cooks or just mix it up and dip there noodles in, but here is what I like to do. Add a little shoyu, some vinegar, some rayu, and pepper. Mix it up. Add a few spoonfuls of soup and voila! It's now ramen and tsukemen!
