Some people like to let it sit under the noodles until it cooks or just mix it up and dip there noodles in, but here is what I like to do. Add a little shoyu, some vinegar, some rayu, and pepper. Mix it up. Add a few spoonfuls of soup and voila! It's now ramen and tsukemen!
