Remember those rotisserie chickens? Well, we decided to boil the dickens out of them. And since they've been pre-rubbed with garlic, pepper, and rosemary (among other spices), the aroma had a real being-back-in-America feel.
Mix in a little dashi and I present to you Rotisserie Chicken ramen. いける！
The actual chicken meat turned out amazing as well. Very moist and tender. We intended to save some for future bowls but that was a joke.
They didn't even last an hour.
