I woke up with a craving for mabo ramen. So without much of a plan I ended up at Mintei (江戸っ子ラーメン 珉亭), a true Tokyo ramen shop.
This shop has been around forever and the ambiance proved it. The mabo was steaming hot and put my craving to sleep. I may want to go back here someday to try the regular ramen. But for now I gotta get to work!
I got a nice phone call today.
